Man charged with exposing himself

WALTHAM - A 35-year-old man was arrested on Spring Street at 9:50 p.m. Friday, police said.

Jose DaSilva, of 107 Bacon St., was charged with indecent exposure after police found him walking down Spring Street, urinating as he walked, and exposing himself to the public, said Detective Sgt. Tim King.

Police charge woman with assault

WALTHAM - A 34-year-old Waltham woman was arrested on Summit Street at 5:41 p.m. on Saturday, police said.

Tara Anne Bailey, of 9 Summer St., was charged with two counts of assault and battery following an argument with a roommate and the roommate's wife.

Man faces sixth OUI charge

WALTHAM - A 59-year-old Northborough man was arrested after being pulled over on Trapelo Road at 7:31 p.m. on Saturday, police said.

Paul Kinchla, of 168 South St., was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, sixth offense, and speeding, police said.

Police arrest man wanted on warrant

WALTHAM - Police arrested a 55-year-old homeless man Saturday at 8:51 p.m.

Michael Walker, who was found sleeping at an ATM kiosk on Main Street, was wanted on a Waltham District Court warrant for failing to appear in court.

Woman arrested on assault charge

WALTHAM - A 41-year-old Waltham woman was arrested on Totten Court on Sunday at about 9:50 p.m., police said.

Norma Altagracia, of 74 Bacon St., was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon after allegedly striking her boyfriend with her pocketbook, and resisting arrest, police said.
