A 29-year-old Waltham man is facing charges after allegedly selling cocaine to an undercover police officer, said Detective Sgt. Tim King.
Ignacio Lopez, of 10 Maple St., was arrested after allegedly selling an unspecified amount of cocaine to an officer at 6:20 p.m. on Oct. 9 at 195 School St. during an investigation by Suburban Middlesex County Drug Task, King said.
Lopez was charged with distributing cocaine and two counts of conspiring to violate drug laws.
He will be arraigned at Waltham District Court today.
