Man arrested on probation warrant
WALTHAM - Joseph Digilio, 43, 138 Crescent St., Apt. 2, was arrested Monday at 9:19 a.m. on Maple Street on a probation default warrant out of Woburn Superior Court charging breaking and entering.
Man arrested on driving charges
WALTHAM - A man who police said sped past an officer and didn't stop until he drove down a cul-de-sac was arrested Sunday at 6:01 p.m. in front of 25 Philips Terrace.
Adal A. Choche, 17, 283 River St., Apt. 2, was charged with failure to stop for police, unlicensed driving, driving an uninspected vehicle, driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle, attaching plates, failure to signal, and speeding.
Man arrested on trespassing charge
WALTHAM - Police said they arrested a man who was acting suspicious in the Northgate Apartments on Jacqueline Road on Sunday at 2:25 a.m. When police questioned him, he had no legitimate reason for being there, they said.
Gordon Trammell, 17, 236 Linwood Ave., Newton, was charged with trespassing.
Homeless man charged with trespassing
WALTHAM - Gerardo Colon, 28, homeless, was arrested for trespassing Sunday at 12:13 a.m., according to police. He was in a parking lot at 414 Crescent St., where a no trespassing sign is posted.
Man charged with assault and battery
WALTHAM - Police said they arrested a man who allegedly slapped his girlfriend in the face Saturday at 4:34 p.m. on Robbins Street.
Frederick Neal, 46, 13 Evelyn Way, Vineyard Haven, was charged with assault and battery.
Watertown woman arrested on warrant
WALTHAM - Sarah A. Meek, 18, 92 Waltham St., Watertown, was arrested Thursday at 4:45 p.m. on Dermody Road on a Quincy District Court warrant charging criminal harassment and threatening to commit a crime.
Man arrested after fight
NEWTON - Stephen Hodgdon, 26, no address given, was arrested Tuesday at 4:46 a.m. after an altercation at Antoines Pastry Shop, 317 Watertown St. He was charged with wantonly injuring real or personal property and disturbing the peace.
Man arrested on a warrant
NEWTON - Police said they arrested a man after responding to a call about a suspicious person who was allegedly staring at a woman while she walked her dog in the area of Linwood Avenue and Watertown Street on Monday at 10:41 p.m. Police said they found Stephen Long, 59, laying down near bushes at the intersection. He said he walked a lot the past couple days, coming from Maine.
Police said they arrested Long, who is homeless, on a warrant out of Plymouth District Court charging breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony and possession of burglarious tools.
Man arrested after street fight
NEWTON - Badi Rezqallah, 25, 29 Hargrave Circle, was arrested Monday at 4:03 p.m. on a charge of domestic assault and battery, according to police. Police had responded to a fight in the street.
