Woman accused of shoplifting

WALTHAM - A Waltham woman was arrested Thursday at 9:13 p.m. when security at CVS, 12 Harvard St., caught her with $95.60 worth of items in her handbag, according to police.

Serena Martorilli, 28, 23 Elson Road, was charged with shoplifting.

Man charged with OUI

WALTHAM - A local driver who allegedly crashed into a vehicle and his neighbor's house when attempting to back up his pickup truck and trailer was arrested Thursday at 8:44 p.m., police said.

Timothy Musto, 42, 43 Lyman St., was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and using improper care when backing up.

Man facing drug charge

WALTHAM - Trevor Rowe, 22, 103 Jensen Road, Watertown, who was stopped Wednesday at 6:02 p.m. in the area of 30 Grant St., was arrested for allegedly driving with a suspended license, according to police.

During booking police said they found a plastic bag with Endocet, a generic Percocet. He was subsequently arrested for possession of a Class B substance with the intent to distribute, police said.

Teen charged with disorderly conduct

WALTHAM - Police said they approached a group of teens near 52 Maple St. where they witnessed several males yelling and a couple females who ran from the scene on Wednesday at 12:26 a.m. When police questioned one and asked him to remove his hands from his pockets, he reportedly refused. As they were frisking him he ran away, only to be caught a short distance later, police said.

Adrian Green, 19, 49 Myrtle St., was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
