Motorcyclist accused of license infraction
WALTHAM - A motorcyclist stopped for driving 50 mph in a 30 mph zone on Forest Street on Monday at 6:55 p.m. was arrested, police said.
Albert Clark, 20, 97 Gore St., was charged with driving after a suspended license, and speeding.
Man accused of domestic assault
WALTHAM - A man who allegedly punched a roommate after an argument was arrested Monday at 3:51 p.m., according to police.
Michael Lowney, 53, 81 Weston St., was charged with domestic assault and battery.
Man arrested on warrant
WALTHAM - William Velez, 45, 147 Adams St., was arrested Monday at 10:19 a.m. at his home for a default warrant out of Middlesex Superior Court for stalking.
Man accused of drinking in public
WALTHAM - Police said they arrested a man after seeing him drinking vodka on Moody Street.
Jorge Caceres, 36, homeless, was arrested for drinking in public Friday at 7:09 p.m.
