Man accused of making threat
WALTHAM - A man who police say threatened a neighbor with a large kitchen knife was arrested Sunday at 8:51 p.m.
Police said they found the knife on a deck at 7 Gibbs Court. Adolfo Martinez, 34, of 7 Gibbs Court, Apt. 4, was charged with assault by means of a dangerous weapon.
Police allege disorderly conduct
WALTHAM - Adiel Zuniga, 22, of 17 Sunset Road, who was seen by police urinating on the sidewalk in front of 223 High St. Saturday at 1:46 a.m., was charged with disorderly conduct, police said.
Man arrested on disorderly conduct charge
WALTHAM - Police arrested a Floyd Street resident Friday at 11:54 p.m. at a loud party.
Ross Goldstein, 19, of 31 Floyd St., was charged with disturbing the peace.
Man charged with disorderly conduct
WALTHAM - Christian Burrion, 21, of 108 Harvard St., Apt. 2, was charged with assault Friday at 9:59 p.m., police said.
Police said they responded to a report of two brothers fighting.
Police arrest man wanted on warrant
WALTHAM - Police said they arrested a man they spotted on Adams Street on Friday at 7:23 p.m.
Anthony Ferro, 24, of 242 Linden St., Apt. A, was charged with a Waltham District Court default warrant for receiving stolen property under $250.
Man accused of drinking in public
WALTHAM - Police said they arrested a man after seeing him drinking vodka on Moody Street.
Jorge Caceres, 36, homeless, was arrested for drinking in public Friday at 7:09 p.m.
Police arrest man on assault charge
NEWTON - Police arrested a local man after responding to a domestic disturbance.
Eric Mitchell Busuito, 20, of 52R Wyman Road, was arrested Sunday at 11:07 a.m. for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault with a dangerous weapon.
Man faces drunken driving charge
NEWTON - Police said a driver who stopped as a person ran across the intersection of Beacon and Centre streets was arrested for drunken driving Saturday.
John Stevonson MacKinnon, 54, of 276 Church St., was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.
