Man charged with creating disturbance

WALTHAM - A 26-year-old Waltham man was arrested at Tedeschi's convenient store at 10 High St. after allegedly creating a disturbance at 9:22 p.m. on Friday.

David Baillo, of 41 Clinton St., was charged with disorderly conduct after police said he was "yelling and screaming, foaming from the corners of his mouth and appearing to be gearing up to assault officers."

Woman arrested on warrant

WALTHAM - A 22-year-old West Yarmouth woman was arrested on Hope Avenue on a probation warrant at 11 p.m. on Monday.

Kimberly Mosher, of 29 Boxberry Lane, was arrested on a probation warrant out of Framingham, police said.

Man charged with speeding

WALTHAM - A 20-year-old Waltham man was arrested after a traffic stop on School Street at 5 p.m. on Monday.

Jose Mayen, of 70 Cedar St., Apt. 2, was charged with speeding, having defective equipment and operating a car without a license police said.

Teenager facing disorderly conduct charge

WALTHAM - A 19-year-old Waltham man was arrested after a traffic stop on Carter Street at 10:34 p.m. on Monday.

Drake Scott, of 14 Auburn St., was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after police pulled him over for speeding, police said. Police said he reached under his seat, so they frisked him for weapons, and when they did, he became belligerent and tried to flee, police said. He was not charged with speeding.

Teenager accused of assault

WALTHAM - A 19-year-old Waltham man was arrested at his Warren Street home at 11:55 p.m. on Monday.

Daniel Stack, of 148 Warren St., was charged with three counts of assault and battery, police said.
