In regard to your editorial opinion, Tuesday, June 30, 2009, "Undo the coup:"
"The elected president of Honduras ignored the wishes of many of his people, he wanted to rewrite the constitution to stay in power, he fired the head of the military for disagreeing with him, and he ignored the country's Supreme Court and Congress."
Didn't George W. Bush do much the same thing when he was president of the U.S.? We did not remove him from power and we are now paying for the havoc he and his cohorts reveled in causing.
The people of Honduras were watching.
