HARRY AND THE POTTERS Gore Place, 52 Gore St., presents a Harry and the Potters concert, on Sunday, July 12, 3 p.m., in the Big Tent. Admission is $10. 70TH REUNION During the Historic Waltham Month, the Waltham Museum will sponsor the 70th reunion of the Waltham High School Class of 1939, on Saturday, July 18, noon, at The Chateau, 195 School St. Information: 781-893-9020.
To help celebrate Historic Waltham Month, the Waltham Public Library, 735 Main St., will have an Ice Cream Social Wednesday, July 16, 6:30 p.m., on the library lawn. SPAY WAGGIN Animal Rescue League Spay Waggin, a mobile low-cost spay/neuter clinic for cats and dogs (less than 40 pounds) on the last Tuesday of the month. ESSAY CONTEST Historic Waltham Inc. announces the third Waltham's History, The Nation's History, an essay contest to encourage the city's children and their families to explore local history and visit the city's treasures. JOHN LOBOSCO John Lobosco's screen prints are drawn from his daily observations such as the Hebrew letters that are in his visual field from teaching at a Gann Academy in Waltham, or the interior spaces that he resides in with his family. His works are created with an intuitive method that is meant to experiment within a designated framework.
