Arnette is a petite young lady who looks like she is part Maine Coon. She came to the Cat Connection with a group of young mother cats who were all having kittens. All the kittens were adopted and Arnette is one of the mother cats who is still waiting for a home. Each time people come in to meet the kitty of their dreams, other cats seem to catch their eye, and they miss seeing Arnette. She is very affectionate, and loves to be petted while she's snuggled in her bed. Give her a little time and she will be sitting in your lap. Do you have that time? It really won't be very long and you will end up with a kitty companion that will make you smile every day.
Can't give a permanent home to one of our felines in need? How about a foster home? We will be happy to talk to you about how much fun it is to be part of the Cat Connection. We need help with lots of other things too! The Cat Connection is a not-for-profit organization of volunteers who rescue homeless cats.
There is a tax-deductible donation of $150 for each adoption that provides for a vet exam, spaying or neutering, initial vaccinations and the FIV and Feline Leukemia combo test. The Cat Connection may, at its discretion, offer discounts to elderly or disabled adopters. For more information on adopting, or to volunteer, call 781-899-4610, e-mail info@thecatconnection.org, or fill out the online PreAdoption Application at http://members.petfinder.org/~MA190/Preadoption_Application.html.
