Waltham woman's business a four-legged frolic

Elle is small but has a big personality. Aspen is a ball of energy. Tommy loves smearing mud all over clothing. For Roz Applebaum, professional dog walker, Elle the pug, Aspen the husky and Tommy the golden retriever are some of her co-workers. Her office is the great outdoors, rain, snow or sun.

KITTY KORNER: Nigel, Ninette a playful twosome

Ninette and Nigel are two beautiful kittens awaiting their forever home.  Ninette is an orange female and Nigel is a beautiful little tiger guy. They love cuddling up together for their naptime and will cuddle up with you if you want them to. Picture yourself settling in to read a book or perhaps watch a little television.  One by one, Ninette and Nigel make their way over and curl up next to you. The next thing you hear is their quiet contented purring.  How could you help but relax.

KITTY KORNER: Playful Snickers is a sweet, loving boy

Snickers is a big beautiful loveable orange and white tabby. He was hanging around outside someone's house for quite a while until finally; they brought him in. We checked for lost cats, and found none, so he has ended up in our foster home system.

KITTY KORNER: Make this boy your Buddy

Buddy was found looking for food and trying to survive.  Our volunteer knew that he needed care immediately.  His face and neck were swollen with an abscess that would need treatment as soon as possible, so Buddy was picked up and taken to one of veterinary offices that help the Cat Connection.  During treatment, he was found positive for FIV, but that doesn’t mean he won’t have a full kitty life.  All he needs is a loving home with good food and regular health care, just like other cats.

KITTY KORNER: Recent mom is ready to take it Easy

Easy is another young mother cat that came to The Cat Connection and delivered a beautiful set of kittens. A silver-tipped tiger and the mother to six kittens born Aug. 30, she has been very patient with her babies demanding her attention, but she is ready to move on and have her own time and interests.

KITTY KORNER: This playful cat is cute as a Button

When Buttons came to The Cat Connection he had no momma and he was so little that he had to be hand fed special food by our volunteers. As a result, he is a real people lover, but he sure does love playing with the other kittens in his foster home. Now he is ready to get his forever home, and he would like you to come and adopt him, and one of his kitten buddies. If Buttons is not the match for you then we will be happy to let you meet more of our kittens.

KITTY KORNER: What you see it what you get with sibs

Heidi and her brother Huck were born on the street, but that didn't stop them from becoming cuddly homebodies. In fact, they are so well adjusted that they went out to a forever home, but their new forever momma couldn't keep them due to a health issue (with her, not the kitties). So, they had to come back, and now they are hoping that someone else will want a pair of playful, cuddly kittens. At six months old, their personalities are fully formed, so you what you see is what you will get, and what you will get is a perfectly playful pair of felines.

KITTY KORNER: Snickers will be a sweet addition

Snickers is a beautiful, loveable orange and white tabby. He was hanging around outside someone's house for quite a while until finally they brought him in. We checked on any lost cats, and found none, so he has ended up in our foster home system. He is only about two years old and loves to play, especially with laser lights. He gets along with other cats and he would love to find a new forever home where he would have someone to love and play with. We promise that you will love to be loved by him! So get a laser light toy and come meet Snickers! We promise you won't be disappointed.
