KITTY KORNER: Make Hibiscus's Mother's Day

Posted May 08, 2008 @ 02:25 PM

Hibiscus is a beautiful young calico, only about a year and a half old.  Her colors are very sharp and outstanding.  She came to us with a litter and has shown that she is a good mother and a very nice kitty to have around, but once again, we have a mother kitty that is being overlooked when people come in to adopt.

Spice it up with Nutmeg

Posted May 01, 2008 @ 01:54 PM

Nutmeg was homeless during the winter, struggling through snow higher than he was until his foster mom took him inside. He was frightened at first, but his lively, friendly personality soon shone through. This beautiful golden boy is about two or three years old. His favorite activities are playing with his toy mice, purring loudly, more playing, and snuggling up next to his foster mom.

KITTY KORNER: Serena and Sadie should be scooped up

Posted Apr 17, 2008 @ 11:33 AM

Look at this is a gorgeous mother and daughter pair. Both ladies have super soft long hair. Serena's fur is black - she is the mother. She's about 2 years old. Her daughter Sadie has beautiful silver grey fur. Both ladies are wonderfully loveable and Sadie is extremely playful. They have both been spayed and are up to date in their shots. Sadie has a little heart murmur, and had an ultrasound before being spayed to be sure it wasn't too severe. She doesn't require any medication or special care. We can provide all the vet records.

Spring blooms with Daffodil

Posted Apr 11, 2008 @ 12:31 PM

Daffodil is sweet blue-eyed lady. She's a Siamese mix and is about 2 years old.  Her fur is medium length and she loves canned cat food. She's looking for a home alone or with one of her siblings. They all came to the Cat Connection together. Their human companion had to give them up when her house got too many kitties because she did not have them spayed and neutered.  Would you consider taking her home with you?  Come and meet her and you won’t be able to resist.

KITTY KORNER: Don't overlook affectionate Arnette

Posted Apr 03, 2008 @ 02:38 PM

Arnette is a petite young lady who looks like she is part Maine Coon. She came to the Cat Connection with a group of young mother cats who were all having kittens. All the kittens were adopted and Arnette is one of the mother cats who is still waiting for a home. Each time people come in to meet the kitty of their dreams, other cats seem to catch their eye, and they miss seeing Arnette. She is very affectionate, and loves to be petted while she's snuggled in her bed. Give her a little time and she will be sitting in your lap. Do you have that time? It really won't be very long and you will end up with a kitty companion that will make you smile every day.

KITTY KORNER: Here's Johnney

Posted Mar 13, 2008 @ 12:48 PM

Johnney Rook is extremely affectionate and loves to snuggle. He would be very good with children. He arrived at the Cat Connection with his siblings last summer. They were found in boxes out in the driveway with a note that said ``Please take care of my kitties. I cannot keep them anymore.''
