Kennedy Middle School seventh-graders place pinwheels in front of the school Monday. About 70 students made a commitment to peace for United Nations' International Peace Day.

Kennedy Middle School seventh-graders Ashley Cabrera and Luke Cristofori place pinwheels in front of the school Monday. About 70 students made a commitment to peace for United Nations' International Peace Day. Each student wrote their commitment to peace on a piece of paper, which were folded into pinwheels and decorated.
